Try this micro-ritual:

  1. Cleanse gently and pat skin dry.

  2. Apply your mask of choice.

  3. While the mask sets, breathe in for 4 counts, out for 6 counts × 5 rounds.

  4. Rinse, mist, and press oil into damp skin.

  5. Whisper: I am cared for.
