7 Day Glow gives free shipping on all U.S. domestic orders placed at www.7dayglow.com. There is no coupon code needed.

   

7 Day Glow llc (7 Day Glow) is a small, handmade skincare company located in Northern Wisconsin. We operate with a small staff. Most orders are shipped within 3 business days following order placement however there are sometimes brief delays during sales promotions. We will contact you via email if your order is going to be delayed more then three days. 

If you need your package shipped as soon as possible please write a note in the "notes" area of your order or email us at help@7dayglow.com. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.

We want you to have as high of quality and fresh product as possible. For this reason we do not keep a large back-stock inventory. Please keep in mind our products are made in small batches, from time to time we may ask for extra time to allow a fresh batch to cure or be made. 

All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) or United Postal System (UPS). You can check the progress of your order by following the link provided on your order receipt email or logging in to your account at www.7dayglow.com.

If you live in an apartment complex or require your package be left on your doorstep please note that 7 Day Glow LLC is not liable for stolen or damaged packages.

If you cannot be there to receive your package we suggest sending it to an alternate address such as your workplace or a friend. You may also request signature delivery however please be advised there is an additional $7.00 upcharge for this service. To request signature delivery simply email us at help@7dayglow.com. We will send you a Paypal invoice for the $7.00 charge. This charge must be paid in advance of shipment. Please note, this process can delay your order processing for several days.

7 Day Glow is not liable for product breakage in the course of shipping nor for injury sustained from product breakage. Open boxes with care. Occasionally a shipper will drop, crush, or damage a box with glass contents. Check your package for damage immediately upon receipt, refuse damaged packages.

If you encounter a problem with your package please contact us within 24 hours of receipt, we will do our best to assist you in placing a claim or replacing product. Damage/replacements are handled on a case by case basis. 7 Day Glow reserves the right to choose to replace, deny or refer for insurance all claims. Contact help@7dayglow.com. Please be prepared to furnish a photo of damaged product upon request.

At this time, 7 Day Glow ships merchandise to locations within the United States including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. The 7 Day Glow declares and insures at full value; all related surcharges, customs fees and related charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.
