Sunburn Alert: This product contains an alpha hydroxy acid (AHA) that may increase your skin’s sensitivity to the sun. Use sunscreen, wear protective clothing, and limit sun exposure while using this product and for a week afterward.

Use 1–2 times per week. Apply a few drops of BOOST to clean, dry skin using fingertips and gently smooth over face and neck, avoiding the eye area.

Leave on for up to 7 minutes. Spot test for sensitivity prior to first use.
You may experience slight tingling—this is normal.

Remove thoroughly with facial cleanser and warm water.

Use as part of your PM 7 Day Glow regimen. After cleansing, apply a small amount of LIGHTEN directly to areas you'd like to target. Allow it to fully absorb before applying other serums, oils, or moisturizers.

LIGHTEN is a gel-based serum that dries quickly to form a protective layer. Avoid touching your face after application, as disturbing the dried layer may reduce effectiveness or cause pilling.

Cleanse thoroughly in the morning to remove.

NOTE: Vitamin C may cause a temporary warm sensation or mild redness after application. This typically fades within 20 minutes and is a normal part of the brightening process. If you experience stinging, itching, or discomfort, rinse immediately and discontinue use.

Do not combine with other brightening treatments or AHA/BHA products unless patch tested first.

If your skin is sensitive or reactive, you can dilute LIGHTEN by blending a drop with your favorite face oil or moisturizer.

For best results, use consistently every night. Some users see visible improvement in as little as a week; however, allow 6 to 8 weeks of regular use for full results.

• Apply only to targeted areas—a little goes a long way.

• If you’re new to Vitamin C or active brighteners, start every other night and build up to nightly use.

• For extra soothing and added glow, layer a drop of face oil or moisturizer over LIGHTEN once it dries.

The best time to dry brush is in the morning, right before you shower. Dry brushing can energize you, leaving you feeling invigorated, similar to a massage.

Starting at your feet, work your way up toward your heart with short, rhythmic strokes. Once finished with the legs, move to your hands, work toward the shoulders with the same short, rhythmic strokes. Brush the shoulders and chest area toward the heart.

Always use quick firm strokes while working your way toward your heart to promote circulation.

Brush your stomach last using a circular motion in a clockwise direction. 

Take care not to press too firmly. The dry brush experience should always be pleasant - never uncomfortable.
