We want you to Love your Skincare products...
At 7 Day Glow LLC we want you to love your Skincare products. For this reason, 7 Day Glow LLC has implemented a Satisfaction Guarantee for all purchases unless noted in the product description on the website.
Here's how it works...
For a cash refund of any full sized product you are not satisfied with simply return the product within 60 days of purchase. Products should be mailed to 7 Day Glow LLC, P.O. Box 20, Holcombe, WI 54745.
Please be sure to include your name and order number with your return. It would also help us greatly if you could let us know why you are returning the product. We always want to do our best to meet our customer needs and your input is very valuable to us.
You will be refunded the cost of the product to the credit card or payment gateway you used to place the order. Please be aware that we can only refund the card the item was purchased with. If you received the item as a gift you will need to let the buyer know about the refund and work out repayment from the person who gave you the item.
Refunds are not available after the terms have expired. The Satisfaction Guarantee does not apply to the 7 Day Glow Sampler Set. There is a 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee for the 7 Day Glow Pocket Set (Glow Now Bundle). The Guarantee is for 60 days for full sized products. Refunds do not apply to sample sets and sample sized products. All purchases of Sample products and sets are final unless otherwise noted on the sales page at time of purchase.
If the product arrives broken, damaged, incorrectly labeled, or is defective in any way please call us at (715)310-4055 or email us at help@7dayglow.com to receive an immediate replacement. We ask that any replacement requests for damaged items be accompanied by a photo of the damage.
Limitations:
7 Day Glow LLC does not accept liability for damage to hot tubs, sinks, skincare tools, electric brushes, pillowcases, clothing, fabrics, etc. It is the buyers responsibility to understand the limitations of their equipment and to take responsibility for safe use of our products.
It is the buyers responsibility to understand that oil based skin care involves oil, which can leave marks on fabric if care if not taken to avoid transfer or in the daily use of oil. 7 Day Glow LLC does not accept liability for damage to fabrics including clothing, bedding, towels, washcloths, furniture, etc. as a result of the user touching, spilling, laying on, or transferring oil in any way.
7 Day Glow LLC does not accept liability for skin reactions, allergic reactions, sensitivities, redness, etc. While we recognize allergies do occur and are possible with all ingredients, it is the buyer's responsibility to know what they are allergic to and to read our product labels to ensure the products purchased are compatible to their allergies or skin sensitivities. All ingredients are listed on the product pages of our websites and kept current at all times.
7 Day Glow LLC does not accept liability for the results of products that are not used properly/according to directions.
7 Day Glow LLC does not accept liability for injuries occurred in the process of opening a box. Occasionally a shipper will damage a box and glass will break. Open all packages with care, watch for broken glass or items.
7 Day Glow LLC products are designed to be used with other 7 Day Glow LLC products. 7 Day Glow LLC does not accept liability for the results when the Buyer mixes 7 Day Glow LLC products with products from other companies or ingredients (for example adding essential oils to 7 Day Glow LLC products or layering 7 Day Glow LLC products with products from other companies).
