It's been an entire year since my son was diagnosed with Stage 4 Hepatoblastoma, an extremely rare childhood cancer that affects only about 1 or 2 children out of every million.
The past year has been a blur of doctors, sickness, medications, chemotherapy treatments, TWO liver transplants, and heartbreaking fear followed by soaring highs as we watched Gavin's healing journey.
