Each profile protocol includes tips for your environment, diet, and activities to help get your best 7 Day Glow.

As your life changes, so will your Skin Profile and Protocol. Refer back to this guide for future reference so you will know exactly what to do should your profile change.

Serene Skin Care Protocol:

  • Use 7 Day Glow CLEANSE morning and night. Start by applying to dry skin. Rinse with warm water.
  • Moisturize morning and night with 7 Day Glow INFUSE. Only use a few drops. Massage into skin and end by pressing hands over face to fix the INFUSE moisturizer.
  • Use 7 Day Glow BOOST as directed 2 to 3 days per week to exfoliate dry, dead skin cells. Always follow with INFUSE. Reduce BOOST as needed if skin becomes dry. Remember - a little goes a long way!
  • Steam face weekly by heating water to steam point, pour into a wide topped bowl. Hold face over steam with a towel draped over head and shoulders for up to five minutes. Do not hold face so close to steam as to burn. Add rose and/or chamomile petals to water for an added soothing experience. Follow with INFUSE.
  • Use a humidifier in rooms in which you spend a lot of time.
  • Eat a diet high in antioxidants.
  • Engage in activities that boost circulation to bring nutrients to the face. For example: working out, hot baths, or massage.

Dynamic Skin Care Protocol

  • Use 7 Day Glow CLEANSE morning and night. Start by applying to dry skin. Remove with a warm washcloth.
  • If extra moisturization is needed, moisturize at night with 7 Day Glow INFUSE. Only use a few drops. Massage into skin and end by pressing hands over face to fix INFUSE moisturizer.
  • If you have combination skin, only apply INFUSE to dry areas such as cheeks.
  • Use 7 Day Glow BOOST as directed 2 to 3 days per week to exfoliate dry, dead skin cells and to help clear excess sebum. Remove with CLARIFY.
  • Steam face weekly by heating water to steam point, pour into a wide topped bowl. Hold face over steam with a towel draped over head and shoulders for up to five minutes. Do not hold face so close to steam as to burn. Add rose and/or chamomile petals to water for an added soothing experience. Follow with CLARIFY and INFUSE.
  • Avoid touching your face to keep environmental pollution at bay.
  • During Winter's dry months, use a humidifier in rooms in which you spend a lot of time.
  • Consider supplementing your diet with Vitamin D and/or Cod Liver Oil. Always consult a physician prior to starting supplements, especially if you are taking prescription medications.
  • Concentrate on a diet high in fiber and healthy fats such as fish, nuts, and avocados.
  • Engage in activities that boost circulation but don't over-tax the body.

Activated Skin Care Protocol

  • Cleanse fully in the evening. In the morning wet face before applying just a small amount of CLEANSE. Remove with a warm, damp wash cloth.
  • For a stronger cleanse mix 3 drops BOOST to 1 pump CLARIFY for an exfoliating cleanser.
  • You may find you do not need additional moisturizer if you simply rinse CLEANSE at night instead of removing with a washcloth. If you desire more moisturization or want to combat fine lines or environmental damage moisturize at night with 7 Day Glow INFUSE. Only use a few drops. Massage into skin and end by pressing hands over face to fix.
  • Use 7 Day Glow BOOST as directed once per week to exfoliate dry, dead skin cells. Or use BOOST only as a spot treatment. Always follow with INFUSE.
  • Steam face weekly by heating water to steam point, pour into a wide topped bowl. Hold face over steam with a towel draped over head and shoulders for up to five minutes.
